Events Committee Shelli Main, Chair and Race Director, is a fifth generation Sonoma County Resident. She is the mother of three college aged children who inspired her to go back to school recently and complete her AA degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Shelli has been quite active in athletics most of her life and found a love for running many years ago, which led to completing five marathons, twice qualifying for and running in the Boston Marathon. She and her husband keep busy competing in numerous distance events all over Northern California and sometimes beyond. Her first experience with Girls on the Run was as a running buddy and then coach, eventually adopting the name "Coach Shell Bell". E-mail »
Finance Committee Cheryl A. Heaney, Chair and Treasurer, received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. She is a Certified Public Accountant and currently employed as a Controller at Agilent Technologies, Inc. in Santa Rosa. In addition to her experience at Agilent, she has also held roles in corporate finance and audit. Cheryl is a Sonoma County native and loves the beauty and bounty the county offers. Cheryl loves to travel often combining her interest in food and wine with adventure. Cheryl enjoys various activities such as snorkeling, sailing, and most recently, golf. E-mail »

Philanthropy Committee Chandra Holte, Chair, holds a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Communications and is currently pursuing her MBA at Sonoma State University. She is Manager of Business Operations and Market Research for an international corporate real estate advisory firm in San Fransicso. Chandra, a native of Sonoma County, started running in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the sport. To date she has completed 3 half marathons and countless 10k events. Chandra attributes eating a healthy “locavore” diet, running and being in touch with the community as the keys to health and happiness. E-mail »
Programs Committee Erin Devincenzi, Chair and Program Coordinator, is the mother of three children. She is a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has a teaching credential from Dominican College. She was a first and second grade teacher for 11 years. She started running after her second child was born and ran her first marathon before her third child. She has completed a marathon a year since 2000 and has participated in many triathlons. She has coached her daughter's soccer team and enjoys watching all the various sports her children are involved in. She is grateful for the chance to work with young girls and share her love and enthusiasm for running and healthy living. E-mail »
Scholarship Committee Megan Basinger, Chair, is excited to be part of Girls on the Run Sonoma County sharing her love for running with young girls. Professionally, Megan is a grant administrator in Sonoma County. She has been running since childhood, completing numerous half marathons and is currently training for Vineman 70.3, which is a half Ironman. Megan earned her B.S. in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and her Masters in Public Administration from Sonoma State University. E-mail »
Volunteer Committee Julie Morrissey, Chair, holds an MBA in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and currently runs clinical studies as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the years, Julie has participated in several running and cycling events and two half-Ironman triathlon races. Julie continues to actively pursue her fitness goals each day and enjoys sharing her love of living a healthy, balanced life as a mentor coach for a Girls on the Run team in Petaluma. E-mail »
